Film Commission Poland is charged with coordinating efforts
to promote Polish film industry and shooting locations.
The first edition of Beiks Media Show will be held in Warsaw from the 17th to the 18th of October. As part of the event, guests will be able to participate in workshops and seminars on the subject of audiovisual art and presentations of film, video and photo equipment. FCP supports the event.
The study visit of American location managers invited by Film Commission Poland finished last week. The aim of the visit was to familiarise American filmmakers with the potential of Polish locations and Polish film infrastructure.
In the second half of September, Korean film "Unfinished," directed by Noh Gyu Yeop, was shot in Wrocław and Legnica. Filmmakers from Asia spent 15 days on the set in Lower Silesia.
The filming of a German TV film "Kalte Wasser," directed by Raymund Ley, finished in Gdynia. The protagonist is portrayed by Maria Dragus known from "The White Ribbon" and "Graduation." Production service was provided by Tempus Film.
